Product Overview:
The OXD Hot/Cold Reusable Pack offers effective relief through both cold and heat therapies. Use it cold to reduce inflammation, bruises, bumps, sprains, and muscle or joint injuries. Use it heated to soothe muscle and joint pain, including low back pain, torticollis, rheumatism, or hypothermia. The pack comes with a convenient reusable cover for comfort and hygiene.

Usage Instructions:
Cold Therapy:
1. Place the pack in the freezer for 1–2 hours.
2. Remove the pack and wrap it in the reusable cover or a dry towel.
3. Apply to the affected area.
4. Return the pack to the freezer after use for storage.
Heat Therapy:
1. Submerge the pack completely in water inside a microwave-safe container.
2. Heat in 30-second intervals at maximum power (800–900 W) until the desired temperature is reached.
3. Remove the pack from water and wrap it in the reusable cover or a dry towel.
4. Apply to the affected area.
Storage Conditions:
Store below **25°C** in a cool, dry place.
